Brewer (Northern Ireland) - (Ref: 1066)

 

Our client, a brewery based in Northern Ireland, produces a portfolio of beers including; lagers, ales, IPA’s and stouts which are bottled and kegged on site. As their brewery and production expands, they require an experienced brewer to support day to day production, QC and customer facing aspects within the brewery. The brewer will report to the Brewing Manager.

Key responsibilities:

The brewer will support the brewing manager in managing the day to day production schedule and the operators in brewing, beer processing and packaging. Furthermore, the brewer will actively engage in QC and customer-facing activities as required.

Experience & Qualifications:

The brewer will require a minimum of 5 years practical brewing experience at craft scale of greater. A science or engineering degree together with a brewing qualification (IBD Diploma) is required. An enthusiastic self-starter with commitment to get things done will excel in this role as part of a Company built on entrepreneurship and innovation. The successful candidate will also have some man-management experience.
