Working for the Head Brewer of this award winning brewery, you will be fully involved in all production matters.

Key areas of responsibility include Quality, People Management and Operations.

Quality

• Running the Laboratory
• Improving Quality
• Due diligence food safety sampling and analysis
• Flavour Panels
• Shelf life testing
• Trade Issues

People

• Managing & developing the brewery team
• H&S
• Training
• Risk Assessment
• Monitoring and Assessing team performance

Operations

• Raw materials stock management and ordering
• Implementing environmental management system
• Control of yeast collection and storage
• Covering Head Brewer’s role in his absence
• Working with the Head Brewer on capital projects
• Improving business performance

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who wishes to become fully involved with the running of the brewery.

You must have excellent communication skills, be able to manage and build your team.

You must have high personal standards and be able to work autonomously as a self starter.
