Packaging Manager - Singapore (Ref 708)

Our client, a major brewing company in the region, is looking to recruit a Packaging Production Manager for their 1.3 million hectolitre brewery.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will manage a department of 70 working a 3 shift system.

You will have full responsibility for packaging operations, maintenance support team, production and incoming materials quality.

Packaging on site is canning, returnable bottles, NR bottles and kegging with over 500 SKU’s.

You will:

• Develop a highly motivated, multi skilled, flexible workforce working in teams with good performance ethics
• Set department direction and standards conforming to company rules and guidelines
• Deliver results at the highest quality against lowest cost
• Actively promote continuous improvement and innovation

The successful candidate will have good drinks packaging knowledge, have experience in managing a multi skilled team and have high personal standards.

You will be a champion of continuous improvement and implement new methods of working and packaging methods.

You will have excellent communication skills both written and oral and be a great motivator to your team and will enjoy success through your team.
