Senior Packaging Role - Australia (Ref 710)

Our client, a major alcoholic drinks company in Australia, is looking for a Senior Packaging Manager to be responsible for all packaging at this major Site.

The role will be looking after 6 packaging lines and managing a team in excess of 100, the brief includes full financial responsibility and engineering.

You will be responsible for all aspects of creating value through best practice and supply chain excellence in production.

The successful candidate will demonstrate cross functional agility such as being able to understand and easily work with other supply chain partners and functions to influence outcomes. They will need to challenge the status quo and develop solutions to old problems.

The role will require a strong track record in development and management of capital plant and equipment along with building technical capability within the teams.

You will need to have strong communication and leadership skill and be able to make decisions.

Large budgets are involved so you will need financial management skills.

This is a senior appointment within the company where you will be able influence and drive change.
