Our client, a global brewer, is looking to recruit a Second Brewer to be an integral part in the team commissioning and installing a new craft brewery in Belgium. The Second Brewer will be working in collaboration with the Head Brewer for the brewing of all their brands from sourcing of raw materials through to delivery of final product to the consumer. He/she will set up and manage any co manufacturing operations including brewing and packaging. A perfect opportunity for someone who wishes to be involved with commissioning, recipe development, working with suppliers, some ambassador work and presenting in the visitor centre. As the role is based in Belgium, fluency in Dutch/Flemish is a must.
