Our client is looking to recruit a Head Brewer for their well established craft brewery based in Ireland. The Head Brewer will be responsible for overseeing wort production, fermentation, conditioning, clarification, and carbonation of all beer produced. This position will supervise and schedule production brewers and cellar operators working across multiple shifts. The Head Brewer will work with personnel from the supply chain, packaging, and quality departments to ensure that production demands are met efficiently and to the highest standards. He/she will also be responsible for general brewing upkeep and cleanliness, ensuring safe and efficient brewery operations, adhering to good manufacturing practices, accurately reporting production activities, and effectively communicating with other staff and departments.
