Master Distiller

Our client are looking to recruit a Master Distiller who will manage the distillery leadership team and oversee the necessary administration duties required for the production & warehousing of whisky. They will identify, promote and implement continuous improvement in management systems. The Master Distiller will manage and lead the Blenders ensuring that the quality and consistency of new-make distillates, Scotch whiskies, and other spirit and non-spirit drinks is maintained. He/she will ensure product quality throughout the process from new make through maturation to finished product, and manage tactical bulk inventory to ensure liquid availability.
