Customer Care Representative (Spain) - (Ref: 1256)

Our client, a leading supplier of cleaning and sanitising products from North America is looking to increase their team in Spain. They have grown substantially over the last several years based on their approach to Food Safety, Product Quality, Sustainability, and Continuous Operational Improvement. Their focus is on providing superior technical service to their customers. They work with their customers to develop sanitation programs, evaluate processes, audit and develop procedures. They also troubleshoot technical and quality related opportunities and implement operational savings opportunities. 

All candidates must reside in Spain and be bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand the complete range of product and equipment offerings
  • Provide expertise in sanitation, safety, quality, and training
  • Understand the plant operations that you will be servicing
  • Communicate effectively to all levels of plant operations
    • Build strong relationships
  • Develop work plans to effectively service customers in area of responsibility
  • Manage the Company’s products and equipment
  • Participate in equipment installations
  • Support of the team where needed 

Skills, experience and attributes:

  • Willingness and ability to work varying hours and be out 1-3 nights per week
  • Some experience in Food, Dairy, Beverage manufacturing industry preferably in Sanitation, Quality, and/or Operations management
  • Valid and clean Driver’s License
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Degree in Dairy, Food, Ag Science, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
  • General mechanical ability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational skills and follow through
