Operations Manager

Our client is a successful Drinks Company based in the Midlands and are looking to recruit an Operations Manager who will be responsible for safe and profitable production, warehousing & inventory management, procurement and logistics within the business.

Skills, experience and attributes:

  • Significant experience in managing FMCG operations preferably with bottling and or alcohol experience
  • Experience in managing supply chain functions such as demand planning, distribution, warehousing and procurement
  • Familiar with SOP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
  • Experience in setting and managing budgets
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Relevant IOSH qualification
  • Experience of operating with BRC or other quality standard and an audit
  • Managing safety
  • Project management and problem solving skills
  • Diplomacy and leading a positive culture and mind-set
  • Ability to work in a team as well as work on own initiative
  • Managing a team – coaching and developing others
