Our client is an award-winning craft distillery located in a charming area of The Republic of Ireland and they are now looking for a Head Distiller to join their team. This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic, forward thinking, hands-on and innovative individual to lead and manage the production line, quality control and production team.

Skills, experience and attributes:

• Significant hands-on distilling experience and some experience in managing production, with a strong focus on whiskey distillation
• Degree in distillation preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capability to motivate team members to go above & beyond in pursuit of excellence
• Methodical, logical, organised and efficient, works on own initiative with high level of attention to details
• Innovative and creative mindset
• Good computer literacy and mathematical skills
• The right to reside & work in The Republic of Ireland
