Kenya, Africa ref: 1470
Our client are on an exciting mission to create Africa’s leading craft beverage brand. They currently make fruit ciders, made with real fruit from Kenya, and craft tonics, made with natural ingredients from Africa.
They will be launching a range of craft gins for the Kenyan market. As the first company to distil in Kenya, they are in a prime position to help shape the craft market. Over and above this, Kenya is a phenomenal location to be able to make this product with one of the richest in flora and fauna, teas, fruit and spices.
They are currently at a key transitional phase for their production and operations set up. They have high growth rates that are putting significant pressure on their production and operational set up. Additionally, they have CAPEX coming in to double their capacity and need to ensure this is well implemented.
They are therefore now looking to recruit an Operations Consultant, especially focusing on manufacturing & logistics. The Consultant will need to review the current team, processes and longer-term capacity plan to tighten, optimise or change it in order to ensure they continue to deliver quality products to market in a timely fashion and without inventory leakage. This will be a 3 month project/assignment.
