Our client, a multi award-winning craft brewery, is looking for an Assistant Brewer to join the team.

Respecting the long history of brewing by practising methods employed by centuries of brewers, the brewery also uses cutting-edge equipment, science and research to experiment with novel and rare ingredients to create exciting new flavours.

Skills, experience & attributes:

• Friendly and approachable person with a can-do attitude
• Physically able and fit
• Forklift Truck license & driving license
• Experience of brewing on equipment of 15hl or above
• Must be a team player
• Ability to brew a range of beers and ales
• Ability to work confidently without day to day supervision
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work overtime if production requires it
• Good communicator and good organisational
• Good time management skills
