Our client is a long established and successful business in the manufacture, distribution and selling of malt and malted ingredients, based in East Anglia. They are looking to recruit a Process Leader to work within the Malt Ingredient Team.

Key deliverables are:

Optimise Process Capability:
• Optimise process capability through understanding of unit operations capacity and their integration into operations
• Design and implement process improvements from conceptual design through to commissioning and acceptance
• Apply process engineering principles to drive yield improvements and reductions in water and energy usage
• Support problem solving activities

Experience/Requirements:
• Have at least 3 years’ experience working in a food/beverage manufacturing facility
• A chemical engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Good project management and delivery skills
• Excellent communication skills being able to operate at all levels
• Bring a strength and in-depth knowledge of process engineering to improve processes and problem solve
